Tecra Laptops

Hello, i have a tecra m4, but i lost my recovery disks.

My OS is Windows XP Tablet PC edition.

Ive called at microsoft, and they cant help me because the windows is branded by toshiba.

Ive called my local toshiba service, but no luck, they cant help me because they dont have any possibility to get any kind of recovery disks from toshiba....dont ask why.

So, i realy need that recovery disks.

If anyone can help me, please let me know.

I know i have to tell you the serial number, part number and model number, so if there is any possibility, please help me.

Call Toshiba Customer Service: (800) 457-7777. if you live in the US.  Outside the US, i'm afraid you're just out o luck.

What international division makes your Tecra?  The last character of the first part of the part number tells this.  For example, a PSADU is a US model, while a PSADE is European.  To get recovery disks, you need to talk to whatever Toshiba division supports your laptop.
