The only solution I can offer is to pull the drive, put it into a desktop computer with a floppy drive, boot into DOS from a floppy and use DOS to format the drive and transfer DOS to it.  Then create a folder on the hard drive and copy the entire Windows 95 or 98 CD to it.  Then create another folder and copy all of the Toshiba drivers for that version of Windows to it. Drivers are on the Tecra 750DVD page on this website.  You can download a program to make a DOS floppy at http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm.

Reinstall the drive and it should boot to a DOS prompt.  Change to the folder you copied the Windows CD to and run setup.exe to install Windows to the hard drive.  Then install the Toshiba drivers.  Start with the TVALD and then the power saver.  Then the rest of the drivers in no particular order.
