I have an lcd tv that supports 720p. My xbox 360 works just fine like this. However, when I plug my laptop in (NB200), it will only support 4:3 modes. via the svga out and svga input on my tv, I can run 1024x768 and 800x600, but nothing widescreen. is there a driver I'm missing? i understand there is a resolution that svga supports that is 1024x600, and my tv would definately support this, but the laptop does not offer it to me.
also, I can plug my laptop into my living room television via vga, which is a tv that supports 1080p, and get proper widescreen support, im assuming at 1280x768 or whatever is closest to that... whats the deal?
