I did some searching and found the same thing. Hulu 360p is OK, but 480p is pushing it a little too much. And it seems flash is very CPU hungry.

Actually I was discussing standard full screen, not the high definition. On a 10" screen the standard definition looks pretty good.
The full screen is viewable but there is more choppiness than on a newer CPU notebook.

Out of curiosity, have you tried Hulu in Firefox? I was just thinking that perhaps there might be something to the flash implementation/interaction with different browsers.

Yes, I tried Chrome, Firefox 3.5, and IE8. Actually in my testing on the NB205, HULU was less choppy in IE 8.
I am planning on upgrading the NB205 to Windows 7. I wonder if that will make a difference as I have read that video is supposed to be improved in this O/S.

Hey, I think I know a solution. before viewing full screen on hulu, press Fn + spacebar to decrease the screen resolution and full screen the video. I think this was the solution that worked for me.
Currently I have windows 7 which doesn't have the zoom utility software (yet) so I can't use this solution but it should work for you.
