I'm not exactly sure what to do here. I have a JVC digital camcorder that I am trying to connect using usb to my Toshiba Satellite laptop. It successfully connects, then I went to the Corel DVD MovieFactory to get the image to a DVD. What's on my camera pops up on the screen for a split second and then it disappears with a pop up that says it's not working.
Is everything connected right? Is there a different way I'm supposed to get the video from my camcorder to my laptop?
