My U305's monitor is pretty dim (not totally black), but the exteranl monitor works great. I guess the CCFL backlight module has some problems. Customer Representative said it will charge me more than $400 to change the whole LCD. Just wondering is there any other possible reason resulting in the problem? Thanks
