I have a Toshiba Satellite for just over a year, other than the disapearing DVD drive (Windows Vista) once in awhile, I love it. I bought toshiba because I was working for computer repair company that worked on DELL,HP/Compaq, & Toshiba in 2006-2008 and I NEVER had a service call for a Toshiba. At $30-$35 per call, I made over $15,000 a year just repairing DELL and HP/Compaq.
So you can see why I felt Toshiba has the BETTER product.
