Hello Everyone

I have been a long time user of Toshiba notebooks of varying types. I think they might even be my favourite brand in computing.

Having spent most of my working life in IT I'm now getting ready to spend less time at work & then retire - yee haw! Now the work won't get in the way of the things I really want to do, like travel, read more, exercise more.

Hope to help & receive help while here.

Is SATTELITE M300 P433T PSMD4L 03E009 upgradable to vista 64?

i'm new, I still don't know how to post my own topic in the thread, but I hope somebody will help.

I'm wondering if Satellite M300 P433T supports 64 bit vista, if so, is this recommendable to do?

Any help will be appreciated.

Each user needs to determine for themeselves if Windows 7 is right for them or not.  It's more of a personal choice.

But that system will run WIndows 7 64bit.  I would wait until at least November before trying it though as Toshiba hasn't released all of the WIndows 7 drivers yet so you'll probably run into some problems doing so right now.

And to start a new thread all you need to do is click on the RED NEW MESSAGE Button when you are in any of the various sub forums.  But please pick one tha actually fit's your question.

If you don't post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please try to post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.
