First things first. NEVER type an entire message in all caps. It's the equivelant to standing right next to someone and shouting at the top of your lungs at them. It's rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. All caps should be limited to a word or two used as emphasis (such as the way I typed never previously).
Now, a simple Google search shows us that it is probably a 256mb stick of PC133 desktop ram with 3-3-3 timings.
