Was it necessary toshout? typing in all caps is considered the same as standing a foot in front of someone and yelling at them at the top of your voice, Aside from the practical making the message much more difficult tp read it's rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. In most forums doing so a second time could easily get a person banned for life from the forum. All caps should be limited to a word or two as emphasis. I don't offer assistance to people who are so discourteous. If you care to take the time to redo you message properly I will provide the answer you seek, and yes I do know what the answer is.
