It appears that Toshiba uses the term Cyberlink Power Cinema instead of the Toshiba DVD Player on a lot of the instruction sheets. One needs to determine which their system has and update to the latest version of which ever they have.
The ATI Cat Center is what controls your ATI Video Display Settings and yes, it's VERY important if you have an ATI card. It's installed with the ATI Display Driver and would be found in the Programs and Features Add/Remove Programs section of the Control Panel.
