Go to the Product Support Link at the top of this page, enter in your model number, then download the Upgrade Guide for your specific model to find out which ones need to be upgraded for Windows 7. That is also where you will find the updated files to download. That is if you are from the USA. If you are NOT from the USA then you will need to go to that countries support site to get the upgrade guide and other downloads.

If you don't bother to post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.
