They are supposed to start shipping them this week on a first in first out basis. Your position in the Queue is based on when your Proof Of Purchase was approved. Depending on when that happened it could take up to 60 days after the date of POP approval or 60 days after Oct 22nd (whichever is later). My POP approval date was 7/29/09 and mine hasn't shipped yet. You can fo to the Track you order link in the e-mail you recieved from Toshiba to know when it is shipped.
