Hi,
I've been having an issue with the product key...it keeps on saying it is wrong. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Office, and typed each letter and number painfully slow. I know that it matches the little sticker under my laptop. But everytime I try and enter the key that was given to me, it says that the Product Key is incorrect. I have the proof of authenticity, certified sticker with the Product Key next to it.
I just bought this laptop, with this pre-installed online from CompUsa. It's frustrating because I can't type papers for school and have to compete with other students for the limited amount of computers we have.
Laptop info:
Satellite Pro S300-EZ2502
running Windows Vista Business
Any help would be extremely appreciated.![]()
EDIT: I have tried downloading the version my school has but it keeps on giving me the "Win32 error" , even with the product that Toshiba had given me uninstalled. Same goes for trying to do a free trial.

Generally, the key on the bottom of the laptop is the Windows OEM product key. The key for the Microsoft Office is usually on a card included with the system documentation. There are no detailed specs posted onsite, but mosts systems ship with a 90-day trial of Office rather than a full product. If that's the case, your trial period may have expired requiring that you purchase the product and get a new key. It is sometimes possible to get a new trial key by calling Microsoft.

So you have Microsoft Office Professional 2007 60-day Trial Edition.
If you can't locate the card with the trial product key, obtain it here.
