When Toshiba packaged with Vista Home.. i Suggest it caould be upgraded to Vista64.. But Most my Toshiba driver isn't detected well, i can't install its graphic, storage & Net driver.. Is it compatible with vista64 ??? since A215 S4697 is Powered by Thurion64 X2......
The machine may have a 64-bit processor but Toshiba ships the unit with 32-bit Vista and doesn't have any 64-bit drivers to speak of. You can search around the machines that ship with 64-bit Vista and see if you can find drivers that will work but I doubt that it would be worth the trouble. You wouldn't see any noticeable performance gain.
ok then, thnks for notice ... i more thing, when toshiba will produce an upgradable notebook ?? so customer can decide the best for their notebook while the technology is changing so far.. Such like PC, we can powered them with the newest Processor, RAM etc.. Just an Input from me...
