Problem with Product Key Activation for Toshiba Satellite S1800-814, Windows XP Media Center Idition v 2002 SP3.
Can Not Activate Windows XP Media Center Idition v 2002 SP3--"Incorrect Product Key"
The Key was taken from the Bottom of the Toshiba Laptop...

If you had restored the hard disk using Toshiba's recovery media, then there would be no need to activate. It's tied to the BIOS and preactivated for that model.
But you apparently installed a retail version of Windows. If so, the product key on the bottom of the machine is useless. You must purchase a new one from Microsoft.
Best to get the recovery media from Toshiba.
