Hi! I have a toshiba satellite m305-s4910. I've had it for about 8 months now. It was working fine then suddenly, I'm stuck in the welcome screen everytime I try to log in on my account. I tried safe mode but it gets stuck in the "Loading windows files" I tried system restore but it says there's no restore points available. Sometimes I see the blue screen of death but I can't get the STOP code or message or whatever it is called because it goes off so quickly. I tried the last known good configuration but it's not any help. I tried the recovery disc, didn't help. Yesterday I tried to log in on my guest account and it worked. But I don't have internet or anything. It says I don't have audio devices and all that. Is there any way I could still fix this because I don't want to lose my files. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. I know there's a lot of people having this kind of trouble but I can't find the right solution for mine.

I'm stuck in the welcome screen everytime I try to log in on my account.
I tried system restore but it says there's no restore points available.
Please explain how you were able to try a System Restore if you cannot get past the Welcome screen.
Were you able to access the Windows Recovery Environment?
