If you have a Vista system then you have Vista specific drivers and there may not be drivers for XP since that OS is so old and your hardware is probably releatively current. So finding these drivers will be difficult.
You should wait for Windows 7 and not downgrade, Window XP will be very quickly put out to pasture by MS.
There is no technical reason to go back to XP it is an archaic and insecure OS.. If you really need it then the Windows 7 OS has an XP/SP3 virtual environment that you can turn on and it is fully supported by Microsoft. It is there for those who do not have Win 7 drivers yet developed or may never have them for you can then execute XP compatible applications in XP mode or the in the XP virtual environment. You can find more at my Windows 7 blog at this link.

You're in luck.
Your model is in part-number family PSAE3U, which corresponds to the European part-number family PSAE3E.
Go to the European download site, and look up the Satellite A200 (PSAE3).
When you filter for Windows XP, you'll find 36 entries.
