My laptop don't let me run the BIOS. when I turn it on the only thing that I can see is a message at the botton that said PRESS F2 FOR SETUP PRESS F12 FOR BOOT DEVICE SELECCION MENU.. anyone can help me plssss

Press F2 for the BIOS setup when the message appears during boot up.
